The impact of covid-19 was felt by the whole world, but for the most vulnerable children, this pandemic is threatening their survival in every way. Also, the risks of infection from covid-19 for persons with special needs are compounded by other issues that warrant specific action: disruption of services and support, pre-existing health conditions in some cases which leave them more at risk of developing serious illness or dying. We are now more focused on ensuring the safety of our children and the staff who work directly with them by providing them with nutritional meals, vitamins, and medicines. We are also keen on performing regular check-ups and take all the necessary precautions. If any of the symptoms appeared on one of our children, s\he will be immediately isolated and accompanied by one of our brave and devoted staff in order to provide emotional and medical support to the child.
