After the success of the first cession, the well conference continued its exerted efforts in its second cession for urbanizing the Upper Egypt itself. It succeeded in doing this mission via making communication spots among ALL different GRAND AND SMALL institutions for INTERESTINGG IN ALL THE PARTS, RELATED TO THE UPPER Egypt. Furthermore, all the lights shed towards all caravans, directed to the Upper Egypt. Expanding on this slightly, Fatahi El/Mazian, the general coordinator of this conference, declared that there are one hundred persons and good institutions would be honored during the conference, for providing needy people. In this regard, Snoods foundation for orphans with disabilities was honored, represented by Dr. Amal Abdel/Rahman Salah. In addition, Mr. Ali El/thami, the manager of research department, received the prize himself on the behalf of the institution. Furthermore, the general characters, Journalists, media programmers were honored also in this conference who are interested in institutions of goodness. Expanding on this slightly, the first initiations of developing the Upper Egypt are the must as an essential one of the national obligations and duties. In fact, the establishment of communication spots should be found ineluctably for developing the villages which suffer from hard poverty of the Upper Egypt as much as possible.
